Member Services

ISFAA membership fosters collaboration and professional growth among Indiana’s financial aid professionals. Starting in 2025, we shifted to an institutional membership model that:

  • Allows institutions to enroll multiple staff members for a collective membership experience
  • Expands access to resources, training, and networking opportunities to strengthen financial aid practices across Indiana
  • Provides a more inclusive voting process, where each member on an institution’s roster can vote

Institutional Membership Eligibility

ISFAA’s organizational membership model allows institutions of higher education located in the State of Indiana to register as a member and add an unlimited number of staff members to their profile. This flexibility enables institutions to involve as many of their financial aid professionals as they wish, ensuring that all relevant staff can access ISFAA’s valuable resources, training, and networking opportunities.

Additionally, each member listed on the institutional roster will have the opportunity to vote, ensuring that all voices within the institution can contribute to ISFAA’s decision-making processes.
